Civelite are currently working with George Rydell Constructions on the Newtown Woolworths redevelopment. Our scope is a full external package with the key elements being – demolitions of existing surfaces, bored piers and shotcrete walls, drainage in full, carpark in full, demarcation and landscaping. The project is the upgrade of one of Geelong’s oldest Woolworths stores closest to the heart of the CBD. The shopping centre is closed for a window of opportunity to upgrade and will re-open pre-Christmas 2022.
